Alpha Rowen would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers that completed last year's customer survey.
Alpha Rowen conducts this survey annually to ensure the service we provide is meeting customer needs. We received a fantastic response from you throughout 2007 and discovered that whilst we are doing some things very well there is room for improvement with others.
Alpha Rowen are pleased to report that the overall average you gave us was circa 4.10, with 5.00 being excellent. The question we rated most highly on was product quality, whilst our weakest rated question was on delivery performance at just below 4.00.Alpha Rowen are now focused on improving all areas of the product and service and as a start we have written some new features into our route card system which in time will improve our delivery performance.
In 2008, Alpha Rowen will be trying even harder to meet your requirements. So, through your constructive suggestions and our hard work we will be able to supply an even greater service and hopefully, I will be able to publish even higher scores!
