training success for employees

Adam Haynes has recently received notification of the successful completion of his NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
in which he attained an overall credit. This nationally recognised course will help Adam further develop our Health and Safety systems.
At the same time we received certificates for three of our furnace operators who successfully completed a Level 2 NVQ in Technical Services.
Douglas Chibaya, Mark Payne and Terry Mathews worked in conjunction with Andy Roberts from Newcastle-under-Lyme College to complete modules based on Establishing Work Requirements, Communicating & Self Development and Modifying the Properties of Materials.
Newcastle-under-Lyme are currently following up this success, with Les Sidley supporting NVQs in Business Improvement Techniques to levels 2 and 3 for a larger group of employees.
