Vibratory Deburring
- Using abrasive media and the motion of the bowl to remove burrs and round edges
- We can reduce your total lead time by processing on site at Alpha-Rowen
- Parts processed in waiting time for delivery / collection
Case Hardening
- Controlled Gas additions allow us to increase the steels’ carbon content
- Increase impact and wear resistance on mild steel components
Oil Hardening
- Allows the hardening of thicker components or lower grade steels compared to Austemper
- Tempering allows the optimum properties of strength and toughness to meet design requirements
- Components processed in a controlled atmosphere
- Currently through a sealed quench furnace but soon to be available on a continuous basis as well
